Bearing in mind the attention span of 10-year-olds, there's enough for an hour, including the dinosaurs and the animal kingdom display, which most kids are fascinated by.

Hello, I don’t work for the Museum however I’m sure you can because I was offered Mandela tickets when I visited. If you go to the Melbourne Museum website you can book tickets and it looks like they are discounted 10% if you book by Ticketek website link on the page. Other wise you can buy on the day at the Museum.
