Max Verstappen can cap a late night in Las Vegas with his fourth consecutive Formula 1 world championship. Verstappen enters the Las Vegas Grand Prix (1 a.m. ET Sunday, ESPN) with a 62-point lead over Lando Norris thanks to a victory in the São Paulo Grand Prix.

Max Verstappen will be Formula One world champion for the fourth year in a row if he beats Lando Norris in Las Vegas this weekend. McLaren's Norris must score three points more than his Red Bull rival -- requiring at least a top eight finish even if Verstappen draws a blank -- to delay the inevitable for one more week and continue the title 'battle' to Qatar.

The second running of the Las Vegas Grand Prix at the Strip Circuit is first up from 22-24 November. Following his stunning win from 17th place at a chaotic Sao Paulo Grand Prix earlier this month, Red Bull's Max Verstappen now leads Lando Norris in the drivers' championship by 62 points with 86 still available.
