Officials have identified the helicopter pilot who died in a crash while helping fight the Gold Mountain Fire in southwest Colorado.

The pilot of an aircraft assigned to fight the Gold Mountain fire died Sunday after their plane went down at a nearby reservoir, marking the fourth firefighter death in Colorado this summer. The pilot's body was recovered from Silver Jack Reservoir by a dive team and transported to the Gunnison County Coroner's Office,
