Currently, Ohio officers cannot pull drivers over solely for not wearing a seat belt.

With an unused school bus seat belt fund and 3 crashes this year, should Connecticut finally require them?

A pot of state funds specifically meant to reimburse Connecticut school districts for buying buses with seat belts has never actually been used for that purpose.
