The shooting happened at the Windrift Apartments in the 1400 block of South Reed Street, according to a Lakewood police post on X. One victim died at the scene, and two other victims were taken to a hospital, police said.

On Monday night, 10 people were shot in one of the main areas where crowds were gathered in Denver to celebrate the Nuggets' victory, police said. All injuries were non-life-threatening.
