American rapper and artist Snoop Dog has become co-owner of Wrexham’s rivals Swansea City in the English Championship.

Snoop Dogg joins soccer great Luka Modric in recently investing in the club, which is majority owned by Brett Cravatt and Jason Cohen. No amount was given when journalist Fabrizio Romano announced Snoop's buy-in. It might be small, but what he brings to the club is a large social media presence.

Snoop Dogg has become the latest celebrity owner in the English Football League by joining Swansea City FC as a co-owner and investor.

Swansea City got some help from rap icon Snoop Dogg to troll Ryan Reynold's Wrexham as they promote their new jersey.

In response, Swansea somehow got the Snoop Dogg involved in their new home kit release. Their X post, which includes a picture of the 53-year-old in Swansea’s slick white attire, starts with: "Dogg included."
