Half kneeling bottoms-up KB single arm shoulder presses (it’s a word salad, I know) are one of my favorite exercises to include for shoulder stability. I’ll usually superset a heavier lift with this movement (i.e. I’ll lift heavy in a stable modality and then I’ll lift light in an unstable modality — this is a great strategy in general if you want to build muscular endurance and stability with a muscle group).
