Lake Tekapo is an incredible place to visit. It's located on the South Island of New Zealand, and is surrounded by amazing mountainous landscapes. It's also part of the gold level status Aoraki Mackenzie International Dark Sky Reserve, which means it has some of the darkest night skies in the world, and is a perfect place for stargazing and to see our own Milky Way Galaxy. Each year I travel to Lake Tekapo to explore the area and find new and interesting locations to photograph and time-lapse, a
