California's Cahuilla natives try to keep traditions alive

A group from the Cahuilla tribe in southern California is visiting the Cherokee Nation this week. They toured the CN tribal complex in Tahlequah on Oct. 4 and met with CN leaders and ambassadors. The group shared bird songs and dances at the entrance of the tribal complex where CN employees and citizens gathered to welcome the group.
