Update for Typhoon Odette in Eastern Portions of Bohol. No signal coverage and Electricty in Second district and neighboring 3rd District Municipalities. Most Barangays are inaccessible due to fallen trees and damaged roads. As of now, no update from Island Barangays since most passenger boats were wrecked by the typhoon.
